I have a 2 year old gyp that will track & tree. I know she can do it. I took her out last night with my brother in laws young dog last night & mine didn't do Jack squat. She's only been hunting with one other dog though & a few times by herself. I've never had one do this before.

its fairly common in hounds that are only hunted alone. Take her a couple times alone and then take her with another hound that you know isnt mean at all. Do this for a couple weeks, and I'll bet she will straighten out. Its pretty rare for them to stay like this- unless they got eaten up at the tree by a mean dog when they were young
