this yeay will be my first bear hunt. i have 2 black and tans a male and a female. both are treeing and trail coon by themselves. male is 22 months old female is 18 months. both have bench show points. female did great in last ukc night hunt. i also have a 7 month old pup just started. how can i tell if my dogs are to agressive or not enought. i want to hunt bears this spring but dont want my dogs hurt.

every time you bring your hounds out there is a chance they can get hurt,were not playin with no coon or squirrel here,,it doest mattter how goood of a dog u got....i no a man that had an awesome dog and he was so goood he got there first and got killled....everyt ime out is a traing lesson for you and your dogs,,and one other thing jus cause ur dog got points and wut not doesnt mean hell take the bear track..def goood luck hope alll works welll
