Hey, just joined the forum today and wanted to say hi. I coon hunted a bit when i was in highschool with my buddies but ive been out of it for a while. But i thought since i have three kids of my own now i ought to get back into it so they can enjoy Gods country to. You know this ol world can realy hold us down if we let it but i think its great we can sit down a bit and talk about coon hunting and the Lord on forums like this one.

I live in franklin co. do most of my hunting in and around jacks mountain if you know where thats at.

No, never been to one but wouldnt mind going sometime. Most of the hunting i do is by my self or with a couple buddies. What kind of events do they have in VA?

ALL CLUBS HAVE BENCH SHOW AND COMPITITION HUNT SOME HAVE TREEING CONTEST AND WATER RACE, TO FIND EVENTS GO TO HOME PAGE ON LEFT SIDE SCROLL DOWN TO EVENTS CLICK ON UKC THEN CLICK SHOW BY STATE THEN CLICK VA.DO SAME FOR AKC.
THERES A LIST OF ALL EVENTS IN VA,
