yep, that happened to me one time. After hunt I checked my pile of coons and had one just like you described. Sorta bald face. If you would have checked his tail it wouldn't have had rings on it either. Absolutely no hair at all. At least mine didn't.

treed a huge boar once first thing dogs left truck and it was first time my two pups struck and beat old dog to tree which was awesome,he had a really faded mask and no tail at all but he was BIG
