So i went hunting tonight with my redbone and the neighbor and his bluetick. We cut loose in a deep ditch, and they both struck on a super hot trail. The blue dog treed and my dog did, for a brief time. After that my red dog found a coon in between 4 huge trees with the same base. In one of the trees was a hole. When i was listening back in the pasture i could tell they were split, and then my dog shut up. He was in that dumb hole. That is why i couldnt hear him. I yelled for him and he came out. I got a lead on him, turned around to shine, there go my dog, and my lead in that hole!! I had to grab my dog by his back paw to get him out! Other than that we treed 5 or 6 in 2 hours. Productive night in missouri!

My dog had one in a downed hollow tree a few weeks back. The Garmin cut out and I could barely hear him at all. Long story short he was about ten foot into that tree that I couldn't fit in and it took him an hour to decide to back out
