Had Sadie barkin good at a caged coon last time. It excaped from the cage the night before we were gonna turn it loose for her. I am in the process of getting another coon for her. I don't know if I should move the trap or not. It has been in the same place for four or five days and the door is still open. I think I will go down to it tomorrow and make sure my sardines are still in there. Mice might have gotten them.....I guess if they aren't I will move it, unless I see some tracks there. I will try to keep yall updated on Sadies' progress. She is doin alright for her age and amount of exposure to coon. She has only seen four and she has barked a little more every time. Only problem is we got some coon around here with rabies  :o . I still need to take her to get her rabies shot. Is it 6 months or a year before they are old enough for that? She is 7 months old.

I am not sure the state minium for u but where I am at they have to have a rabies by 4 months. I would just go down to get one. We have had a couple cases of rabies in skunk and coon last month, the colder it gets more likely it will die out til spring. Hope this helps.

I was planning on takin her into the vet next month anyways to get her shots. Maybe I can just wait since I have her in a kennel and can look at the coon to see if they have rabies before I "introduce" them...... lol
