If anyone is interested in Elbert Vaughn or his strain of dogs, Oscar Thomas of Stewardson IL is the man to talk to. He will welcome your call. PM me if you'd like his number. He's honest, dedicated to keepin the Vaughn line alive and I'm proud to say he's my friend!

My husband is Elbert Vaughn's grandson. Elbert died in 1984 of a heart attack. My husband has fond memories of visiting his grandfather's farm and playing with the hounds. He would be happy to answer any questions regarding his grandfather.
My daughter found this website. She was surprised to find that her great grandfather was such a notable person in the bluetick hound world.
