has anybody tried these tracer light,s that attach to the g2 exp. collars? Look like they would be the way to go. I like trying new stuff but like hearing about what people think before buying..They are advertized in nite light master catolog..I have used tri tronic collars for years and have had no problems...any info. would be great ...thanks

Not sure why they would be the way to go...........if the ecollar is under the neck, the light is about useless.

Look at the other lighted collars or lighted attachments on the market -- all of them share one common thing..........the light is not on the bottom of the neck like Tri-Tronics version.

I have had the collars that have turned under the neck and the light attachment did not work as well...........this would be the same thing.

The only thing I see I like about Tri-Tronics version is being able to turn the tracer light on/off remotely..........My understanding for that to work, the ecollar must be on.

yes i see your point buckshot,from what i was told was that the lights work off the collars battery (recharable) so you would not need to change batteries..I use the new tracker lights that slip on the collar, i like them but the batteries are 6 dollars apeice, is what i paid for them at grand american,all though i got 4months out of them.

as far as the tracker lights you can buy the batteries at wallmart 4 dollars for a pack of 2 the factory ones are shrinked wrapped together i put 2 together and taped the edge the number is on the factory one i think it is 2032.

the exspensive batteries are the same ones you can buy at wallmart pack of 2 for 4 dollars #2032 the factory ones are 2 of them shrinked wrapped together we put 2 of them together and tape around the edge.
