what do yall call the kind of box that covers the whole bed and is useally made of allumanum and do yall know any web sites that sell them.

I think what you're talking about is called a rigging box. Does it have posts that sit down into the holes in the bed?

I built my own, and several others. I like to use conduit. It welds pretty easily with a mig at low setting, and is tough enough for most anything. material is very cheap too! and it is light weight. Strong enough to hold a hog if it'll fit, and you build it right.
