I'm gunna get one or the other. I just have one dog to keep track of. I'm interested dependability, how easy it will be to learn how to use. I was thinking about buying used but figured it will be an investment that I don't want to be cheap about. The best I've seen is Tracker @499.00 or Trx-3 @520.00 both one collar. I don't think I can really go wrong either way but would like some feedback.
Thanks!

go with the tracker and get the 2 dog then you have a spare collar
that way if you ever do get a pup or another dog you will have it
if you get the 1 dog then you are stuck with the one and then you will have to up grade, and it will cost you more in the long run. my opinioni have the tracker 2000 and i love it i lost a collar a while back and walked 1/2 mile in the rain and tracked it down and found it, it does take a little
bit of getting use to it.

I have a TRX-3 it's light weight easy to use and never lets me down. My rose female is a very wide go yonder dog and I've always been able to find her. Here in the foothills of Western NC we have alot of ridges and hollows and the system still has nice range.

If i was you i'd find a few people with differnt systems and try each one out and see what i would like best. What i like about the trackers is it's on your belt the whole time, you dont have to turn around and get it out of the truck. just take it out of the pouch and turn it on and go get your dogs.
