I recently purchased a Heartland Dog Stake that arrived last week. They had a FREE SHIPPING special going so I went ahead bought one to try out. I left out of town this past Friday night to IN to attend a Basset Field Trial Saturday morning and had my first chance to try it out.
They come in a stainless steel stake version and a steel stake version.
I bought the stainless steel stake version.
The stake is approximately 25 inches. The stake is stainless steel and the swivel top is steel. They are precision machined to exact tolerances.
The swivel tops spins smoothly 360 degrees for nontangled movement.
Easy to drive stake into ground as well as pull stake up.
I plan on buying a couple more for road trips to tie the dogs out with at events as they are very nice and handy for travel.
Shipping was very quick.
