I have used the SportDog 3200 for over a year now with no problems with it. I have the system set up for 2 collars. I thought since the transmitter uses a 9 volt battery instead of being rechargeable that this might be a down fault but the battery lasts a long time. The dogs probaly wish it didn't work so well..lol

This came from Gundog Supply:

"5 years ago SportDOG came on the market and gave us features that the older ecollar companies had refused to add to their systems. If it were not for SportDOG we would not have waterproof transmitters or expandable multi dog systems. The next time you drop your transmitter in the water, make sure you thank the boys at SportDOG for forcing the other companies to step up."

I have used the SD2500 with 6 Beagles on it for three years now and have absolutely no problems. This past Sunday I was running with a friend from AR. and the young hounds took off on a deer, he hit his with his TT classic 70 and I hit mine with my SD2500. We cought his about an hour later 1 mile down the road, I cut them off when they tried to cross. Mine came running in when I rolled them with my Sportdog. I was just as shocked as he was becouse all I do catch grief about owning a Sportdog and they all have TT. It was a good day for me.
It looks like the new 3225 has 2 mile range and FINALLY tone or vibrate for all 6 hounds. Its time for me to upgrade. Thanks for the info on that Buckshot.

spini boys, those upgrade features with the 3225 are great. That is why I upgraded when it were released.
