I just wanted to take a minute to thank all who suggested I get the book. I just got my first coondog pup and ask about training, MANY of you told me to get that book. It arrived two days ago and I just cannot put it down. I surely would have ruined my dog had I attempted it on my own. Again thanks for the good advice!...And yeah, Volume 2 is on the way to my house.........

LCK has a running journal of his training efforts on young treeing hounds at the top of the training forum here. Haven't been back to it in a while ,but from what i did read it was enjoyable easy reading and informative. A great combination. Good luck with your efforts. Paul Conway.
