Have not yet tested my Tracker Classic with Johnson collars. Only used Striker collars that came with it. If Johnson collars beep faster than the Stiker collars will the Classic reciever still work sucessfully on Johnson collars? Can the signal lights on Classic reciever keep up with the beeps from Johnson collars? Farmboy-1 |

badkarma, thanks for pointing that out. I've kept my strike collar as a spare cause of it's range- now I'll put two 1/2 batteries in it and see how the range is. Says it right in the description of the strike collar, but does not list it on thier collar comparision chart as an option. They should really advertise it as such. Thanks again, Paul Conway. |

Paul..you will get twice the range and the sound is incredible. When I called Tracker they said it was the same range as the Intello, however the Intello has a slight advantage with th ground plane. But they said it was very slight. When using 2 batteries it will shorten you complete life by only 50 hours. That is cool. Let me know how it works for you. |
