i recently bought a wildlife trx-3s and it came with 2 collars..the tracker is a 1995 model and one collar is a 95 and on3 a 97.....

on the tracker there are 3 channels.

A-------which is 217.030 - 217.040

B-------which is 217.070 - 217.080

C-------which is 217.110 - 217.120

the 95 (A) collar is 217.036 which means it should be on the A channel

the 97 (C) collar is 217.116 which means it should be on channel C

the problem is the A channel collar is only working on channel C and the collar that should be working on the C channel isnt working at all on any of the channels..........

im a kid and blew most of my money on this so im basically screwed because i cant get new collars.......i got it from VALLEY CREEK and there GREAT GUYS TO DEAL WITH i just dont think im doing something right.....

is it something that could be fixed by the guys over to valley creek so i have the 2 collars on the right frequency or what?

Sometimes the collars have some drift in the signals. Valley Creek can probably adjust this but before you send it back for them to play with, you might want to find someone local with some collar experience. I'm in NY and can probably put you in touch with someone in-state near you if you give me a location.
