any of you every had em? i got a pair for christmas this year, talk about a serious boot. so far ive used em for hunting coons, cats, snowmobiling, hikin, and shovlin snow. they are the most rugged, yet comfortable boots ever, i was walkin in the mtns the week after i got em, never even had sings of blisters. after i got these, i dont see my self owning any other boots. heres some pics.

Ive always been told that Danner makes one of the best boots on the market. I was recently told that Danner is now made in China. Is this true ? If it is whats the diffrence between a chinese Danner and a chinese shoe bought at walmart.

I was wondering where these are made. I know there are still a few danners made in the US, but i dont think these are. What kind of sole is on them?

they are made in china, but honestly, i could not care less. they are freakin rock solid. they have three stiches all along the toe, and two every where else. i go to school with a feller that has had em five years, and honset to god the only wear on em is a couple scuffs, and he said he uses em for everything hunting, fishing, work, etc.

the sole on the boot is danner terra force. its a us. patentened sole

oh, one other thing is they are gore tex boots, cant beat that

I got a pair of these boots from my grandpa when he couldn't wear them anymore and i've worn them hard since then. The boots are a total of 4 years old, 2 with him and 2 with me, and I'm with you montana best boots I've every had. I have had a more expensive pair and they wern't even as good as these. I would not hesitate to recommend these boots to anyone. Also the coor original next to them in the picture is a fine choice as well lol.

I've got the all leather pronghorns and love em. Best boot I've ever owned. I hunt the whole month of our Dec. bear season through rocks, briars, and laurel patches. and their still together. That's the only boot I can say that for. Reason being is their double and triple stitching.
They are alittle bit more expensive but I think they're worth it. Plus they fit so good I didn't needed to break em in first, never has hurt my feet.
