That's right Larry!!!!!!!!!
My dog will sometimes do same as Used-to-be-city-boy's dog. Most of the time she is belly up tree dog. But like last night she winded one off a corn field and had the meat but she was running between two trees. Like she didn't know which one but she knew he was there. She ain't perfect but she is an honest dog.

I get bashed all the time about comp vs pleasure so I got to where I stay outa' of...Most times.
ONLY benefit I see to comp hunting is that almighty title hound is given. Notice I said given, not earned. Now, I know HONEST Comp hunters and some Judges, but no one who comp hunts can honestly tell me there's not hanky-panky goes on. For every argument a Comp hunter can give me as to why do it, I have an answer as to why not, except one. $
