Good evening everyone, i need some advice, I have my walker hound (Jack)and bluetick pup(Levi). Now the Levi has been a inside dog since i got him and when im home i leave him outside running loose with Jack and the basset hound(Ottis). they all get along but when ever i go out there and and Jack comes up to me and Levi starts "play" fighting him. its only when i first go outside and give the Jack attention. when i load them in the bed of my truck they ride together like angels and even stay in the bed of the truck(when i run into a store or something) is this something i should worry about or is Levi just in his puppy stage.

Seems to be just a puppy stage but I would teach him manners. Regardless of what type of dog it is when it comes to affection with multiple dogs I would always make the others wait by using a sit and stay command. Just my two cents.

Yeah it's strange. They stay in the same kennel and they get along fine, but when i let them out of the kennel Levi runs around trying to bite Jack but it seems like he is just super excited and once they get past the excited running around they mellow out and are cool with each other. Its funny cuz i recently got a female bluetick (Dasiy) and when she shes Levi F**kin around with Jack she'll go put Levi in his place, guess i'll bust out the E collar and see how it goes. Thanls Nick for your .2

A little free advice. Dont keep them in the same kennel.Sooner or later there going to get into a fight...Ive known a lot of dogs that were kenneled together for yrs. Then one day they hate each other and fight from then on..Put a choker chain on the pup and correct him every time he shows aggression...You might have to get a shocking collar...
