what is the difference in a left hand gun to a right hand gun

i think it is the placement of the safety and which direction the bullets come out. iam a left handed shooter but still shoot right handed gus. every once in awhile a shell hits me in tha mouth or tha forehead.

Safety placement, ejection port, placement of the bolt handle if a bolt action or auto loader. True left handed gunare are mirror images of their right handed counterparts.

im a left handed shooter and the differences are safety placement, ejection port, placement of the bolt handle if a bolt action or auto loader

it is really hard to shoot a left hand bolt action when your right handed...

i would think it would be cause you normaly use the bolt with your right/ trigger finger. i think if you use a left hand bolt shooting it right handed you would have to use your left hand that is out holding the gun up. there for i dont get how you would hold the gun up and eject the shell unless you bring the gun down to do it.
