recently bought a s&w 22a 7.5 in barrel and put a red dot on it. great little rig and much easier to break down than the rugers.

I have a brand new Browning Buckmark 22 with the fancy lazer ingraving that I would sell or trade--never been shot in new package -- plastic factory case. Would trade for a dog that can tree a coon -- no junk -- the gun is not. Ph. 309-830-0190

I have a Ruger Mark 1 (Standard). My dad bought it in 1957 while stationed in New Mexico. Still shoots like a charm.

I carry a old school Colt Frontier Scout .22 mag only and had a LR cyl. fitted to it so I have both. Ruger mk3 is about the best .22 semi auto pistol they made, just a pain to clean. The single 6 is a heck of a gun. I had a S&W 22A great shooter and easy to clean. If I didn't have the Colt, I would buy a single 6 or for a semi it would be a 22A.

So did that help???

Well for coons they will all do the job....

But the KING of .22 pistols is the S&W 41.

I've got a Sig Saur Mosquito. I love it! It's a little more than some .22s. $350 at BassPro. If you have a larger hand like my boyfriend I'd get the Beretta Neos. $250 for the cheapest. You can put a lazer sight on both of them. The Sig's goes on the bottom side of the barrel and the Beretta's goes on top.
