i tore down two older hog barns and have a lot of 2"x10"x20' long boards and and 4x4's and didnt know if using them could cause any HEATH PROBLEMS down road

I would say it depends on how long they have been empty or torn down. If you use a good disinfectant you shouldn't have any problems. I would use them. Maybe pressure wash first then disinfect after put up. Bottom line is it up to you and if you want to gamble it to save money.
