I have been catching them in about ever trap set. Have caught over 20 the last month and relocated to my hunting spots. I caught 2 last night. What is weird is everyone of them has been boar coons. Maybe the sals or to smart for traps.

Try to use bait that smells even when it freezes. I have had trouble too untill I started useing fish for bait, smelly fish like trout or salmon. I put my traps next to a stump pile and every trap almost every day has a coon in it. I also am catching bore coon. But it is mateing season so the bores are on the move.[img][/img]

We've had alot of trouble treeing coon, maybe do to the rut. Mostly bores and their runnin' our dogs to death, they just don't seem to want to tree. As far as trappin' I've had good luck, catching in every trap. Try using peanut butter and jelly. Since I've switched to that I've only caught one oposum, all the rest have been coon.
