I'll out-pull any of your chevy's or ford's with my '96 CTD. On top of that I guarantee I can go places 90% of you couldn't think of going. Careful when you say Dodge is junk, to make a chevy with this off roading ability you would have to do a full SFA swap which would cost thousands. As for Ford I had a 2003 F150 with a triton and book time to replace spark plugs was 3 hours due to having to remove the fuel rails, thats some horrible engineering there. Not saying Dodge is the best but seeing as I have owned all three I can confidently say they all have their quirks and I would drive the truck I get the best deal on cause the rest of the money's gonna go to fixing what I break trying to cross a river or high centering it on a rock. 1996 Dodge Ram 2500 - 110hp injectors - upgraded turbo - full 6" exhaust - 16" Skyjacker - 40" Super Swampers |

I have always been a chevy man but i got a deal on a ford that i couldnt pass up. Its a 1989 Ford F-150 extended cab long bed 4x4 with a 302 and 4 speed. I paid $400.00 for it. Its a great coon hunting buggy |

I like Chevy better. just personal preference i guess. They both have some great qualities to 'em. I disagree with Dodge being junk,at least they are a domestic truck. My dad recently gave me his '90 dakota with 206.5k on it, past 100k dad did NO MAINTENANCE on the truck then it sat for a year in a garage. The only real problem i have with Dodge is that they (being a Chrysler product) make it difficult to work on the engine (you gearheads should know what I mean) |

Ford,Chevy,Dodge the way its looking there is only going to be one company left in a year. I hope you people like FORDs. The only thing I prefer, is to buy American. |

Ford by far makes a more durable pickup, but chevys have the comfort. and i hate to say anything good about chevys, but i stick with something thats going to hold up to the abuse!! |

Dodges are real nice especially the ones with hemis and i know that because my brother has one and it will blow any other truck off the road. |
