We have two of them. Parts are the more difficult thing for them. If you dicide to get one there is a good outfit in Ohio that I will get you a address for. We use ours around the farm and runs to town.

I was going to get one a few years ago and it was only like $1000 for two. went to get one about 6 months ago because they are great on gas and all. Now they are VERY hard to find around here and if you do find them, they are around $7000 each. From what I understand even though they are small, they are tough trucks.

i had one for two weeks and it ran good but needed a lift kit (then it handles bad) and better shocks it bottomed out ez. In iowa the DOT calls them an atv which you can't run on the road. If i could run one on the road i would have one for sure

When i was in the middle east everyone seemed to drive these little trucks. They seemed pretty tough for such a little truck. I have always though about having one just for the fun of it. I think things like this will get easier to find around here with gas going the way it is.

i was in panama a few years ago and saw those thing everywhere. i also saw a few in peoples yard being worked on, so they must be such that a shade tree mechanic can work on them.

got one about a month ago . i love the little thing mine is a 1990 so it is a little bit older but very low miles mine will only go 45 mph or so, but that isnt bad. i don't get the mileage that they claim you can get, i am getting 20- 25 miles a gallon and that is quite a bit of offroading, but the newer fuel injected ones probably do better. My neighbor got 37 with his all highway miles though. Awesome coon hunting wagon , i live 10-15 miles from my hunting spots and i just hop in it and drive her down to the river, sure beats loading the four wheeler and pulling the trailer with the pickup and getting 13 miles a gallon. You be surprised what you can do in one of them , parts is the hardest thing about them . If interested check out japanese mini truck talk. com just google it. All sorts of stuff to learn about them on there.
