Hello I am 30 and have always hunted but never with hounds and it was something I had always wanted to do. There are not many people that i know in this area that hunt much anymore and i had a buddy whose neighbor needed to get rid of a 3 yr old bluetick. He told me to take him and try it out. The first night he was pretty green acting and a lot rusty but the second night he opened up on a trail with a big bawl and treed our first coon together and was about the most fun i have ever had hunting. Im glad i stumbled onto the website, ya'll have answered lots of questions already and just knowing there are others who stand in the woods and wonder what the heck is this dog thinking is comforting as well.
