Any of "yens"? you gotta be from the mid west, Indiana? I'm in PA, on the other side of Susquehanna Co. There is a guy out your way who's a big time Redbone hunter, he runs year round too.

I live in Millerton PA. NY line is less then 5 miles from me. Both Steuben and Chemung County all according if I go left or right. My girl is what they call a Northern Redbone she has a black muzzle. She will be 3 in July. Got her down by Gettysburg. Her records have timber choppers, apache foothills, north river, ridge runnin, and tioga valley. She is registered AKC and UKC. My better half hunted with her grandmother when she was starting out. And the "yens" comes from when I lived down in Pittsburgh. We are willing to go out for a bit during the cold. But as I was told if it is too cold for us more than likely the coon won't be out neither.

We don't have a LOT of coon up this way to begin with, and when it gets really cold, they shut right down around here.

It's kind of fun reading this and guessing who everybody is and if I have seen you before. I live in VanEtten, hunt redbones and belong to Chemung County Coonhunters. Used to live on Meads Creek Rd in Painted Post a few years back.

About a year ago we went to the Coon hunt in VanEtten. When our girl was a baby. I want to do SAR with her but no one is doing that in our area. So I am trying the coon hunting.

I go to the Van Etten club a few times a year, I plan on going on the 5th of Feb. for the bench show and field trial. You gotta know Gordy N. I got my first dog from him, talked to him this morning.
