Post subject:  New to coon hunting in central Florida

I live on the east side of orlando and work as a firefighter. I've hunted for as long as I could remember and have always been the happiest in the woods. I have a 2.5 yr old son who I feel is ready to start tagging along in the next year or two. I'm ready to start something new that we can both due year round for any yrs to come. I'm securing a dog from a local breeder probably within the next few months and have been reading and watching all I can. I just need some guys to show me how it's done and maybe to tag along. I want to make this an enjoyable and fulfilling experience for me an my son and wouldn't mind making a few hunting buddies along the way. Any help on where to start hunting would be much appreciated. Sorry for the long post.

Nick

Let me know when and where and I'm game. Been looking all over FWC and unless I'm reading it wrong looks like they really limit what WMA's I can run a dog. Been spoiled with hunting leases lol.
