Just received a letter from the Alabama Department of Conservation and Natural Resources that they are revoking all Nuisance Wildlife Remover permits effective 06-22-2007.

It goes on to say "Due to changes in laws and regulations concerning wildlife and the transporting of wildlife all Nuisance Removers must reapply."

Of course it's Saturday and the local Division District is closed.

Was wondering if any others have received the letter and found out about these new changes?

Not sure what you asking............The post was asking anybody that has an Alabama Nuisance Wildlife Remover permit if they received the letter yet and found out what laws changed that is making us have to reapply for a new permit.

The permit is to legally remove nuisance wildlife. An example is Joe Blow has a coon problem and I go out and trap Mr. Coon and remove him from Joe Blow's property.
