Wondering if anybody ever saw a pure black blutick puppy? I just got a 8 week old bluetick puppy and she is all black. Anybody know if this is possible? thanks

do you no if it was white when it was born at about 8 weeks they start getting there color and as they get older the darker they will get

I got the puppy at about 8 weeks old. solid black! The guy had the mother and father but not really sure i believe him. She should have some kind of markings of a bluetick, i would think!

I raise Blueticks and have for 35 years.I have never seen a pure Bluetick born solid black.You probly got a lab mix.

I've seen blueticks with no white and no tan points. Just dark speckling and dark blue so yes, they can exist. Pics will really help if you can get help posting one.

I seen a cross with a redbone and a blue dog..had like 3 all black pups. Best looking hounds I ever seen. Coal black long big ears.

I had a litter of bluetick pups a while back and 2 of them was born black with tan markings like a bluetick but yet they was black. Both mother anf father was pure bluetick
