Folks, please check your email accounts in your USER CONTROL PANELS and verify you have the correct email on file. We have been receiving an increase of returned emails from users.

We have a GLOBAL ANNOUNCEMENT thread at the top of EVERY forum section concerning valid email addresses and returned email addresses.

A shortened example of returned email we receive from your email client:
This message was created automatically by mail delivery software.

A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its
recipients. This is a permanent error. The following address(es) failed:
SMTP error from remote mail server after end of data:
host []: 554 delivery error:
dd This user doesn't have a account ( [-5] -

Attention Verizon Users:

Be sure to approve our email addresses of and in your spam mail filters.

Failure in doing so can cause your account to be deleted out for returned email back to us.

With 24,000 forum members, is not our responsibilty to go in and have to approve our email address for your mail client so our emails will go through.

It only takes a few minutes to check and make sure that the email connected to your account is a valid working email.

Not having a valid working email will cause your account to be deleted from system if we receive returned email from your email client.
