Due to the amount of emails and PM's I receive on a daily basis, I can not answer all dog related questions such as training issues, medical issues, breed issues, product issues, and etc...
That is why we offer a free forum..............We created the forum where it is broken down into different sections to help locating topic sections and discussing topics easier.
Sorry if I offend anyone when I send an reply email with something to the effect of:
Due to the amount of emails and Pm's we receive on daily basis, we can not answer all dog related questions, that is why we have a Forum on our site that is free to use where folks can post their dog questions on.
As sometimes I get a smart ##*%* email or Pm back because I do not answer all dog related questions that are emailed or Pm'd to me.
