I just got a sunburst eagle II+II and I need some replacement bulbs for the diamond headlight. I'd like to have some spares incase this one should go out. I've been on the sunburst website and they have all the bulbs except for the diamond head. Anyone with sunburst lights...where do you get your bulbs from? Haven't checked stores so I don't know if they have them or not but I sure would have thought the website would have them. It's a KM 500 bulb so if anyone has a clue please let me know. Thanks

I found a sun burst eagle from a old timer. He gave it to me and said that he didn't think it would work. Ha, I took a drill battery and brought it to life. I need bulbs for it, Where can I get some. This thing has a weight lifting belt. You had to be a man back in the day to carry all this weight around. It has 12 D size batteries on it, spot light holder and helmet light. I bet it was the light to have, when Moses was coon hunting. Thx for input.

i've used eagles since 1974.. still the best light made. i just got some bulbs for the diamond head from sunburst last week.. in all these years i have only ever blown one bulb..
if you were looking using the number on the bulb and its a old style bulb (the old ones had threads kinda like a light bulb. the newer style bulbs are smooth and shorter) could be the reason you dont see them is because they changed what bulbs they use in them a few yrs back. they dont offer the old style anymore. with the newer bulbs you will also need the new style bulb pusher. if you call them and tell them what you want they will hook you up. very nice helpful people and sunburst is family owned. made in america.

yea the old eagle II and II +II were heavy, but the best light of the time made.
the new eagle III uses the same batteries as any of the new style bag o batteries belt lights they sell now. they dont have the bright led heads but they are just as light to carry as any other 17 to 26 volt light. they use the same batteries and the same number of batteries. thier walking light is a real walking light too, a group of 5 could walk with one. the diamond head is not nearly as bright as the led's, but a diamond head only weighs 4 ounces.
