5 gallon bucket. Put corn water and sugar in it. Give it about 2-3 days to ferment. Works best in warm months.
Also, 5 gallon bucket, drill a hole about 3 inches from bottom. run quarter inch pvc pipe through it, and put dog food in it. Then fix about a 3 foot by 3 foot wood platform and put it about head high on a tree. Works great!

GOLDEN NUGETS, THE BEST COON FEED MONEY CAN BUY,NOTHING EVEN COMES CLOSE,HERE CORN IS NOT THAT GOOD,YOU HAVE TO SOUR IT BEFORE THEY WILL EVEN TOUCH IT, AND DOG FEED ANY ANIMAL OUT THERE WILL EAT IT,I HAVE LESS PROBLEMS WITH THIS GOLDEN NUGETS, IT IS BERRY SCENTED, AND CHEAPER THAN DOG FEED, I GET MY CORN FREE AND I WILL NOT PUT IT OUT FOR COONS. BUT YOU USE WHAT YOU LIKE. GOOD LUCK

The problem with putting sugar in a 5 gallon bucket is fireants if you have any. The best way I have seen works really well and ONLY coons eat the corn. You will need an old tire mounted on a wheel. Cut 3" triangles in the sidewall of the tire. The hardest part from here is getting the corn in the tire. Use a funnel or the corner of the bag. Fill the tire about halfway with corn and the rest of the way with water. The coons will dig the corn out however nothing else will be able to get it. Being summersed in water it will ferment eventually and the coons will go crazy over it. My buddy used to use several feed buckets and went through dog food and corn like wildfire. Now it last much longer and the coons still come when there is a lot of grapes and persimmons.
