Timberchopper is one of the oldest and strongest line of reddogs if you look far back in most all reddogs Petigrees there will be some timberchopper blood. MR Wayne Campbell has been breeding this line of hound for over 25- 30 YRS. Very good line of dogs.

I've got two young guns out of timber chopper blood and i also have a "ALL NITE BRUSH BUSTER II" bred 6yr. Most of the reds around here are all timber chopper bred. They start fairly easily, These are my first two pups but my buddy said they started faster than his redticks.

The Timberchopper line is a very good line they are very hard hunting dogs that will tree you coon night in and night out. If you really wanna know how good the line is talk to younggunzredbones on here he is has a couple Pups out of the line and is actually hunting one of MR.Campbells males right now. I would say go with the Timberchopper line out of any.

I'm pretty happy with mine,

Holds up real good, I Cat hunt, so we'll road and rig until we find a cat, and some of these cats can really put on a good race.

If there is any faults,
He really like Coons, He runs cats, and does good on them but you can tell he likes a coon allot..

He's a Hell of a Tree dog.. So much of a Tree dog that it does make me nervous once in a while locating for Cats.

as a bonus, and last on my list.. but I do get allot of compliments on his looks.. that's the least of my worries,

Buddy

Timber chopper dogs are nice but if you come across a red dog with hayes in their blood you are almost always going to get a solid tree dog with good looks to boot. Not that this matters I like the dark solid redbones and the hayes dogs are that! It is an older line so you may have to look back in the pedigree.

I gotta redbone with strong Timber Chopper breeding and let me tell you what she is turning out to be a real nice hound. She is one year old and treed her first coon at 8 months old an after that she just took off and she trees coon whenever you take her out. They are full of brains not the deepest hunting dogs but you getta solid meat dog when you have some timber chopper in them. JMO

Timber Choppers are deffinately the way to go. (no offense to any other redbone bloodlines). Theres never much disapointment with a timber chopper in my experience. I dont live but an hour away from Mr Campbell and he has awesome dogs that through awesome pups. TC pups are early easy starters, and hard, acurate tree dogs.
The dog in my signature i got directly from wayne, out of his Kobie dog. He's only a year old and is almost finished out. He's very acurate and awesome kill dog too.
