I like BMC for hogs, but if there's any real track work involved I'll stick with Walker hounds. ( The 2 red colored dogs are mine, the others belong to a friend )

This is my little Southern Blackmouth Cur mix, Dawn, playing in the snow with her Siberian Husky sister. She's older and grayer now and fighting arthritis. It's a crying shame I live in the city, because this little girl was born to hunt (I pulled her from a rural GA shelter that had her listed as a Pit Bull). This little gal has a piercing bark that makes your ears ring and almost drowns out her English Coonhound brother, and she'll go after anything small and furry with a vengeance. Even with only three good legs, she's still treeing coons, squirrels, and possums in the yard. I've had to pull her off coons she cornered on the ground a couple of times, and twice she treed a neighbor's cat and held him there for a couple of hours until I got home to call her off (and pacify the neighbors!). Anyway, I posted her brother's photo under the English Coonhound thread, so I thought I'd give her the respect she's due and post her's, too.
