i have a 10/22 and have a scope on it now its a 3x9x40 (its all i had ) and i like the scope . BUT on a .22 i would rather just use the iron sights but im not sure ill be able to see the open sights with my coon light on my head .

what do you'll prefer ?

I like a scope because you can pick out the coon in leaves and branches, but iron sights are trouble free. If you tree in alot of tall trees the scope is the way to go
