Would it do any good to buy some and turn them loose at my running spot form my dogs to run. We killed all the rabbits out of there this yr and was wondering if it would just be east of money

Some older guys I used to hunt with did that a lot on a couple farms they had worked out well they eventually bred up with wild ones should work out fine

Personally don't think they will survive in wild. If the cover was just awesome..... Maybe

I only thin a few out ...I also feed mine corn on the cob all winter.I just drive my 4 wheeler around fence rows and thickets .I also put salt out for them in the summer..Now I have plenty of rabbits to run all year round.....Another thing I do is get rid of house cats or I should say WILD house cats ...House cats kill more rabbits than hunters do every year. They will kill a whole nest of babys when they find them.
