Shock collar is a good suggestion ... you new to nip it in the but now before it gets bad!! don't let him get used to face barking ... good luck

Punishing him for this at a young age especially while he is treeing, wouldn't that hurt him?I was told to never punish a dog for anything at the tree. The reason I ask this is because when he did it I gave him a whack on the rear & said no!It took him a while to start treeing again. He walked around slumped over for a while like he knew he did wrong.

This is a bad fault that will get worse the older he gets. Its best to stop any Fault as quick as possible..PUT a shocker on him if he ever growls, acts agressive in any way.Or starts to face bark zap him.Start off on a low to med setting then go up....This usually starts as pups over dog food...It woundt hurt to hunt him alone so he wont face bark..That way he wont be getting shocked all the time...

that dog being that young may just be getting excited. as long as he isnt growling or fighting with the other dogs right now i wouldnt worry about it. but after a few more tree's if he doesnt settle down i would try something. but i will tell you may break him not to do it around you but i bet he does it while your not around. i have a female that is a coon treeing machine and a hard tree dog that acts like a perfect angel when im around. but when you hear her treeing if another dog tries to push her at the tree you can still hear her in there blowing. GOOD LUCK
