Did the dog just start this???..You can try a can of No chew it helps some dogs. You spray it on the tree where they are chewing..If you have a shocking collar.Put it on a low setting and only shock her when her mouth is on the tree chewing..You can also get her large teeth removed or ground down to nubs....That makes it hurt when they chew..You will ever get her 100% broke..They all will still chew from time to time. But one good thing about dogs that chew. They are stayput treedogs.....This is a fault thats a lot easyer to break when it first starts. The longer you go with out doing anything. It gets harder to break them of....

not sayin weather i would do this or not but something i have heard from a very large named breeder and seen it done is hog rings put in there lips 1 on the top and bottom of each side of there lips when they chew it hurts and might bleed a little bit than after they get it figured out it hurts you can take em out for awhile some times they figure out it only hurts when there in tho i think i would consider it if i had a super good dog that chewing was its only fault if i just had a mediocre dog that chewed bad well i think it may get moved some dogs only chew in the hots months to

not so sure about that hog ring thing. i would think that just like with hogs with rings and people with piercings...one they have healed up that skin becomes tough and isn't painful to move unless its riped out.. and you really don't want your dogs face all riped up from rings being tugged out. i would suggest spraying the tree with bitter apple or hot sauce.. i knwo its a pain to carry it but..

ive never seen a good tree dog who didnt chew atleast a little. i dont think you will ever get her to stop. as soon as i get to the tree i leash my dogs and if they start to chew i give them a easy smack across the mouth and say no. i just dont want them to chew so bad that they quit treeing but so far ive never had or seen that problem. GOODLUCK

cause i know with ears...and belly...them piercings don't bother me at all anymore to get hung on anything... and i had hogs that after 2 weeks would root just as much as before the rings.

the rings do work i aint gonna deny that they actually work great i just think its a tad bit extreme you gotta remember the size of these rings and the shape of a dogs mouth and them chewing they dont ever just not get hurt
