Has anyone ever had any luck with deer scented collars for trashbreaking. Any advice would be great!

i never used breaking scents the best thing i've ever done to break from deer or any other offgame is buy a shocking system when they start running the deer tone them and if they dont quit put it on 6 and let them have it.

The best thing to do i found is to get deer trailing scent and run it to a hot wire. i have had dogs run deer and it aint no fun.

just make sure they are runnin deer i like to drive around till i see a deer then remember were it was and back up about 100 yards and let the dog or dogs out to road then road them through it stop were the deer was at a give them a minute if they go in after it wait till they open then shock them. i like to get the message to them so i put it on 6 it only took me 3 deer and my little female was done runnin them took once on elk. good luck. heres another little helpfull hint and i am sure alot of people on here have done it i have and i have seen it happen make sure your shock collar is turned on and fully charged nothin sucks more then going to shock a dog and have a dead collar or you forgot to turn it on. makes ya kinda feel stupid  makes ya mad at first but after a while you laugh about it.
