Wondering if you have noticed how much water they drink? I swithced from Black Gold do to supplier issues and now feed the CMF 26-18 and have noticed a big difference in the amount of water they drink and also the food is a different color and shape compared to the first 4 bags I bought. Any thoughts??

I HAVENT NOTICED ANY DIFFRENCE IN WATER WHERE I BUY MINE WAS OUT OF BLUE FOR A WHILE I USED THE GREEN BAG GOT A BAG OF BLUE THE OTHER DAY DID NOTICE DIFFRENCE.IN SHAPE AND WAS LIGHTER IN COLOR . I HAVENT TALKED TO THE PEOPLE AT CMF BUT COULD BE THAT THEY CHANGED THE MILL THAT MAKES IT FOR THEM.

Can't remember what channel it was on, but a couple weeks ago there was a show on about dog food recall. They said one processing plant where they make dog food may be making for up to 10 different dog food brand companies. They just change colors, size, and shape of the food, but it's all the exact same ingreedianceses.

treetalkin i feed the CMF blue bag too. i think its liek 24/20 it keeps good size on my dogs even if the are beening hunted to death... it keeps going up now though now its 17.25 and a year ago it was like 14.00 a bag
