We can not prevent bad deals from happening on this forum. Just like the other forums can not prevent bad deals from happening.

We will no longer become involved with any bad dog deal or bad transaction that takes place on the forum. We will now operate like UKC, PKC, and AKC forums run concerning bad deal transaction.
Bad deal transaction are between people that need to get all the details worked out between themselves.
CoonDawgs.com is not a legal system.........if you have had a bad deal with someone, take it to a court of law.
Of course your story is true and their story is lies (sarcasm) ...Sorry, I am not a judge and jury and not gonna try figuring out who the liar is. For all I know, both of you can be lying.
That is what a court of law is for.
Do not post the persons name and state that they are a crook!!!!!.

I am adding this clarification as some people just don't seem to understand the rule..........It is very SIMPLE, keep your bad transaction details off the forum......Work it out away from the forum. That means don't post they are a crook, don't post a warning, don't share your bad transaction details, don't post in someone's ad yalls bad transaction details, and etc..
If you choose to make those type of post, you can pretty much expect to have your account banned.........it will not be tolerated on the forum.
Here is the problem and why I do not allow it on the CoonDawgs Forum.

About 2 years ago someone came on to the CoonDawgs Forum telling about his dog deal. Apparently it was a 3 way dog deal. The person went on to say that one of them was a crook, and blah, blah, blah.
A few days later, the other guy's lawyer in Wisconsin is calling me wanting to subpoena me to come to Wisconsin as a witness to the statements that were made on the forum. Like I have time to drop what I am doing in Alabama to go to Wisconsin to testify to the statement made on the forum.
I wasn't worried about the guy getting sued, I didn't like the fact that I was about to have to go out of state for it.
Needless to say, that is why I delete those post on the forum.
