i never got an answer about using turtle to make trapping bait, but this year there is a ton of frogs hopping around the house here and it made me thing, does anybody ever use frogs somehow to make bait? i figured it would have to work for coon and mink and things that hunt around water. they naturally eat frogs dont they? so either freezing frogs whole to use in fall might work? or does anybody every try to put them in jars and make oil the same way as making fish oil? i figure it would be free and its natural food for them but if anybody has tried with no luck i dont wana waste the time.
any thoughts or tips? thanks, jamie

If u have frogs an turtles then u have fish. They work the best. Never used frogs or turtle but the fish will work.
