this is a true story, we had a pet bore coon and his name was bandit. now old bandit lived down in our den,now that was his home.wife had a organ that she would go down and play from time to time. now old bandit liked to walk up and down those keys and hear that sound why i dont know, this is the way it went down, i was kicked back in my recliner old bandit laying on top of recliner.wife comes down to dust, she gets to organ lifts up lid .now at this point bandit wants to make music.he jumps down up on chair over on organ lets rock, wife hits him with dust rag yells get off bandit. he jumps to floor at this time she turns to dust pay back time. up on chair he bits her on the right cheek. gone in a flash. mommy want let me play my music down hear.
I had a pet coon for a while .. fed him apples dog food bread. anyhting he wanted really took care of him .. well after he was to big to keep in the house "mom wouldnt let him run loose" i put him outside in a cage grandpa had built... he lived in it till he was no lie around 50 pounds.. he got out one night.. and i was upset only in 7th-8th grade.. we let him go .. i wasnt a coonhunter at the time.. well to nights later dad woke me up and said i have somehitng you need to help me with and somehting you need to see.. well turns out mom was using the bathroom and somehitng started banging on the paneling beside the tub.. good thing she was where she was or it mighta been a mess.. anyhow she thought it was a rat .. well when she pulled the paneling back to see .. he had clumb the 2x2 framework and was sitting there looking her dead in the face.. but would not come to her.. i went in and said here bandit.. that was mine coons name also . he leaned out with arms open .. he came and slept with me that nihgt.. till i fixed the pen . and of course coons being smart. he kept doing it till i turned him on the ridge.. but duct work needed fixed cause that how he got behind the tub. thru the duct work .. lol .. dont ask how or why .. just tore it open and knew where to go . but i could hold him and my freind who would come over at the time could home him .. till he would grab the golf club on top of the inside cage and throw it at them .. lol .. he was smart... lol .. but my dad he did not like.. lol
