I think this bill is mainly directed toward catch dogs but its written rather vaugely so baying hounds could be affected. Better contact your GA congressmen and try to nip it in the bud. I'm all for stopping animal abuse but this seems to be crossing th line of people that are legitimate hog hunters.

I read this bill and it specifically excludes hunting activity.
