ive never heard of something like that the coat or shirt thing does work or so ive heard to get the dog used to you but the dominace thing i'll have to try you know to get the dog to listen or act better nice posts about the peeing thing yall

i put what ever clothes i wore when i picked the dog up in the dogs new house and leave there a few days

I've heard of peeing by thier dogs pens but not in the food. It must be some ole timey remedy because I've only heard of old people talk of it.
I dont think I'll try that method. (YUCK!) I'd try quietly sitting with the dog and hand feeding treats so it can identify you with something positive instead of being gross and peeing in the food..

that has got to be the stupidest idea i think ive ever heard....

i dont pee in my dogs food- i spend time with them. i take em in the yard, take em for a walk, take em inside, play with them, work with them on the bench, take em out on the boat, take em for a ride in the truck, or even work with em on obedience commands.... try acouple of those ideas instead

I agree w/ the yall..just lay wear a shirt all day and throw it up in his house...he'll get used 2 you really well and if you ever loose him in the woods w/o a tracking system lay your shirt down..they'll probibly be laying on it the next mornin.
