i was nedding a new kennel but dont have the money to by one. any ideas on how to build one without spending 250 dollars would be appreciated.

I used ... used Railroad Tyes... and got 7' Chainlink fencing from my local Electric Company.. they put new chainlink up around their sub stations and gave me the chainlink... Also... if you have a recycling center in your area.. check there for Chainlink.. you will be amazed at how much is rolled up and discarded!!
