Chadsig, I totally agree with you. However that isn't what he asked. Buy American be American. I'm sure you drive either a Ford , Chevy or Dodge. I am a firm believer in buying American made but some things you just can't find. Find me American made tennis shoes and I'll buy em.

I like to buy american but at the time i bought my traps i was strapped for cash!!! im sorry but im not paying an extra $60 or more a dozen to buy and american trap! Its not my fault American companies can't figure out how to produce a good product for a fair price. If skins were worth something yeah then i would spend the extra money but they arent worth ##*%* and its going to take me a long time to make my money back if i ever do!

Duke traps have improved, the man from duke will be at ever convention ask questions about his traps, trying to make them better,Bridger is a good trap. victor quality is way down, Mont. they don't make any more.I would take Bridger over Duke, Spring Creek is a good trap,When I was trapping I had them all,but my best traps were Bridger and BMI conibears,A BMI modified 220 conibear would break a German Shepherds neck in a second, they were strong.

I will go with buck 1, Mont is the best trap but you can't buy them unless at a convention. or fur sale.
