i use a peach for squirrels, and some lod blueberry jam my nany made bout 20 years ago lol. haven caught nothin yet off of it cause my trap i got cause there was some mud hung up in the lockin mechanism. but i just bought me a new one and am setti nit 2 night tell ya how it turns out.

fo coons use peanut butter mixed with honey fo squireels us peanut butter on cracckers or just smear it on the pan

one time i caught a squirrel with nothing in the trap...well two weeks before i caught him i had some carrots in the trap and it was set right on a trail not hidden or nothing just sitting there well after 2 weeks the carrots shriveld up and were no bigger than this O right here lol and then the next day i went over there and there was a squirrel lol i think he was walking on his trail not paying attention and walked into it

marshmallows will absolutely catch skunks, i caught 5 in 2 wks using them, i use white bread and honey to catch coons, works great.

The best way for squrrels if you dont want them alive is a rat trap and a piece of apple people will tell you that peanut butter is better but its not . sardines 4 the coons

For coons. You can try ( Dog Food, Tuna Fish, Chicken, Sweet corn ) For the sweets they come to these fast . ( MarshMallows , Peanut butter, Peanuts, Honey! ) Best way to do this is set couple diffrent live traps out and place diffrent baits in each untill you see which is working the best. Set them couple hours befor dark . To keep the fresh scent going... Hope this helps.
