Does anybody know what I need to do when I have a boat but no serial number... is there is way I can get one legally?

Don't know where your at but in Ohio there is no title for boats under a certain size I believe it's 14 feet check with the local watercraft authority they will let you know good luck

The local water craft authority will right you a title all you have to do is show them the boat and a bill of sales in Ohio
